SERVICE OFFERINGS AND PRODUCT LINE RESTRICTIONS:
A. Services authorized for Gas Insulated Switchgear, Power Transformers, Circuit Breakers, Disconnectors, Instrument Transformers, HVDC, and FACTS:
• Consulting (Including Diagnostic)
• Field Services (Including Installation and Commissioning)
• Long Term Contract and Maintenance
• Parts, Repair, & Workshop
• RME – Renovation, Modernization, and Extension
• Training
• Operations and asset management
B. All renewal parts and spare parts for all Grid Solutions products and legacy products, including but not limited to: AEG, GEC Alstom, Cogenel, Alstom T&D, Ritz, Passoni &Villa, and Areva T&D.
C. Other Services (not parts) provided to external buyers (non-entities) will be available for sale by ACP.
D. Exclusions to renewal and spare parts available for sale by ACP:
i. Any services (including erection and commissioning (“E&C”) or parts on Products prior to the expiration of the warranty to the extent they are supplied as part of compliance with the terms of the warranty; and
ii. Services provided directly by Company or any affiliate of Company.
